leadership, and problem solving! Our activities are geared toward bonding your group together as a team. These aren't your typical "staff development days", but a time that actually grows your team together!
These activities are the fun excuses that OTEA staff use to spend time with people and create moments of impact. We design each program to the desired goals and 
objectives of the organizations we work with. Each adventure can stand alone, or be linked with another adventure to create a customized program for your group.
